FAQ’s

Q: How should I work through the modules?
A: Each module is intended to be your focus for 1 month. Content will be different with each module, and format will also differ slightly. Some months you will get week by week instructions, and other months you will get everything at once. Try to stick with the plan as much as possible, but don’t worry if you fall behind- you can always catch up later.

Q: How can I get my stroke analyzed?

Q: How do I get my free consultation call?
A: Send an email directly to Kevin, kevin@triswimcoach.com and you can coordinate a time to chat

Q: When are the monthly chat sessions?
A: They will usually be on the first Thursday of every month at 5:00 PM PST, but these will be announced ahead of time both on the site and via email

Q: Where are the bonus trainings?
A: The bonus trainings will be delivered on the site as you progress. The first month should be focused on the specific drills & workouts provided in module 1

Q: I have a race in 2 months, but want to transform my stroke in the program. What should I do?
A: Do the race! No reason to not get the experience of doing a triathlon. However, be sure to look at your swim as strictly a learning experience if you have a race in the first 2-3 months after signing up. Report back what you experienced and you can tackle any challenges the next time around!

Q: How many days a week should I train?
A: Ideally, 3. The workouts are written to be repeated 3 times each, but you can still make nice progress by completing 2 sessions each week. Less progress will be made if you do 1 per week, and no progress will be made if you skip your swim session!

Q: What distance race are we training for?
A: This program is set up for an Olympic Distance triathlon swim (1.5), however, as we progress, there will be options to add yardage to workouts to get ready for 70.3 and full Ironman races. For those looking to do a sprint or mini triathlon, this program will work very well for you to- and you can adjust the distance of the workouts as you progress.

Q: Can I update my payment method?
A: You can update your card information at any time. Simply follow these steps:

1. Please click here.

2. Enter the order number in the Order Lookup box.

3. Enter one of the other verification indicators listed on the Order Lookup
box. (Either the email address from the order, or the last four digits of the
card used to purchase, or the PayPal Transaction ID, if the purchase was made
with funds from the customer’s PayPal account.)

4. Click the “Submit” button.

5. On the following Order Detail page, there are three green buttons. The third
button down is the “Update Payment Method” button. Click the “Update Payment
Method” button.

6. On the following “Update Your Subscription Payment Information” page, you
can enter new card information for your subscription to be billed to. When you
are finished click the “Update” button at the bottom of the form.

7. Your information has now been updated and your next rebilling of your
subscription will be made using the new card information you had entered.
